EXTENDED DEADLINE - LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!!

This survey has been online at www.na.org and there is still time to let us know your
thoughts about recovery literature. Members can complete it online or mail/fax their responses. We
are asking for your help informing members of this opportunity to provide valuable input toward the develop-
ment of our next piece(s) of recovery literature. We have only received a little over 1,600 completed surveys on our
site at na.org. In contrast, we are pleased to report that we have over 7,000 paper surveys from Iran.
